We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For different types of products, we have different policies. Please check the policy below.
Personalized Products:
All our personalized products are created specifically for each individual customer. As such, we do not accept returns or refunds. If any products arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your products by sending us an email at info@brickit.me and attach the photos of the products and we will follow up accordingly.
Replacement of only the relevant parts (rather than the entire product) is considered an acceptable solution in the event of damaged or missing parts.
Non-Personalized Products:
You may return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
You must meet the following criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange:

- Must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Must be undamaged.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Within 14 days of purchase, you must return the product to us.
All returns will be inspected to ensure that the above criteria are met. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the product does not meet the above criteria.
Shipping items and costs:
You may not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge if the reason for the refund or exchange is due to a change of mind or an error on your part. If your order included free or discounted shipping, the full shipping charges we paid for the original order may still be deducted from the total refund amount paid to you.
You may be required to pay for return postage to our warehouse, depending on the nature of your request. Instructions for returning your order will be provided by us.
You will need to take care to ensure that the goods are packed in a suitable manner so that they are not damaged in transit. We may refuse a refund if the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what we can reasonably inspect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
